01/01/09 thurs 晴

Today is the 1st day of a brand new year of 2009.
Slept at 3am and i woke up at 8.30am.
Went back to sleep around 10am and woke up around 2pm plus.
Today never meet lao po cause i stay at home to rest.
I had my work-out also.
